Te Hiku Manaiakalani Outreach Third Film Festival 2022

Our theme for the movies this year was “Northland History” The movies have been played on the big screen at the Te Ahu Cinema in Kaitaia on Wednesday 14 September 2022. This is one of the lucky movies to be chosen from our school. Congratulations to everyone involved in the production of this movie. Tui Whānau

We are a Year 6/7 class in the Far North of Aotearoa. Our school sits atop a hill and is surrounded by farms and pockets of bush. Kaitaia is our nearest town. In our weekends, a lot of us enjoy hunting, fishing, diving and swimming in one of the amazing beaches or rivers in our rohe. We particularly enjoy learning that involves art or sport.

We are excited about connecting with other ākonga and we look forward to seeing what others are doing in their classrooms. Thank you for visiting our classroom blog!
